Usually, if you do not receive a message within a week, this means your payment was received. Otherwise, we will contact you. So we do not offer payment confirmations. The bank account is clearly stated and when you send money to it, it will arrive.

For orders less than NT$2000, post is $65 in general. Only large parcel might be subject to higher postage.

If in stock in Taiwan – between 2-4 days after payment. If not, it is sent from Germany after payment, around 4 weeks of delivery time.

Of course you are entitled to an invoice. As a German company, we offer this upon request. An invoice is generated for every sale anyway.
